Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number and business details you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by email. We do not collect data from minors under 16.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to diagnosis requests and managing the business relationship, legitimate interest or performance of a contract. Sending commercial communications about our services, following a request or an existing business relationship, legitimate interest, with the right to object. Complying with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required or with technology service providers, hosting, email, under a data processing agreement in compliance with the GDPR.
GDPR rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing contacto@viferlabs.com. You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD, www.aepd.es, if you do not receive a satisfactory response.
Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary for the business relationship, plus any applicable legal retention periods. Data from requests that do not convert into a client relationship is deleted after 2 years.

Vifer Labs SL's processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, EU 2016/679, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, LOPDGDD.
